Community
Below are some of the ways we commune as a family of Jesus. Each of these ministries and practices are integral to the way God is shaping us, not only on Sunday mornings, but in our everyday lives!
Gospel Communities
The Christian journey is not meant to be walked alone. In these groups of 10-20 people, we are joining God in the renewal of all things and experiencing spiritual formation along the way.
Learn MoreFormations
Jesus invites us to come to him, put on his easy yoke, and learn to walk in his ways. Formations at Missio Dei Wriglevyille consists of cohorts, workshops, and practices that deepen our formation in the way of Jesus.
Learn MoreCommunity Nights
Join us on the first Wednesday of every other month for an evening of food & fellowship at 1242 W Addison, from 6 to 8pm. Come whenever you are able, all are welcome! Email Sam by clicking the link below to learn more about our next Community Night.
Learn MoreBarnabas Fund
The Barnabas fund exists to tangibly assist those in financial need within the Missio Dei family by connecting those with available resources to those with tangible needs. If you have resources to share or a need to be addressed, we would love to hear from you!
Learn MoreBaptism
Jesus instructed his disciples to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” It is our great joy to celebrate the sacrament of baptism when a believer decides to follow Jesus as their savior and Lord!
Learn MorePartnership
For those who call Missio Dei Wrigleyville their church home, we have a path towards Partnership. Our goal is to be committed to one another in our shared ministry together (thus “Partnership” rather than “Membership”). We invite you to learn more about the pathway to partnership as you feel ready.
Learn MoreSundays
Worship
Join us as we gather for worship on Sundays at 10am at 1242 W Addison! You'll find a friendly environment where we worship with music, preaching, fellowship, communion, and prayer. Kids have special ministry spaces designed just for them. All are welcome, come as you are!
Learn MoreMD Kids
The mission of MD Kids is to partner with parents to show and tell the good news of Jesus to our kids. Our aim is to shepherd the children of Missio Dei Wrigleyville by intentionally stewarding the time we have, no matter the context.
Learn MoreSunday Teams
Our Sunday teams exist to serve the body of Christ in the context of corporate worship. From playing music, to making coffee, to serving communion, we each have a unique role to play as we gather to worship our loving God.
